DRC Rubber — Allen-Bradley PLC, ERP integration, centralized SCADA on virtual server.
Technical Specifications
A centralized SCADA application communicating with Allen-Bradley PLCs was developed at the DRC Rubber production facility. Integration with the ERP system through SQL Server allows production data to be managed centrally.
The inSCADA platform running on a virtual server provides access to all users within the facility through the web client HMI interface. Production processes have been digitalized with recipe management and reporting features.
